Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer free shipping within India, for all orders above Rs. 3,000.
A flat shipping rate of Rs. 100 is charged, on orders below Rs. 3,000.
COD is available on all orders upto Rs. 12,000. For COD orders, there is an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout, based on the total amount.
All orders are usually shipped and delivered within 1-10 business days. In rare cases, there may be a slight delay caused due to a government intervention, poor weather conditions, technical issues or natural causes, etc.
The delivery time within Delhi/NCR is 1-3 working days after dispatch and within India is 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Orders requiring customisation will require an additional few days.
Once your order is shipped, the tracking information for your package will be sent to you on the given email ID and contact number, which can, thereafter, be tracked on www.shiprocket.in.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide!
We offer free international shipping, for all orders above Rs. 25,000 if its only jewellery and above Rs. 35,000 if it includes clothing too.
Shipping charges on orders below the above mentioned amounts will be calculated at checkout, depending on the destination country, package size and weight.
All orders are usually shipped within 1-7 working days. Transit time will vary depending on the location.
We primarily use FedEx, DHL and Aramex for all international shipments. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
Our prices do not include custom duty. VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per the country's regulations and are to be borne by the customer.
